These Terms govern your use of the WeFrame website and your purchases from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

WeFrame Studio (“WeFrame”, “we”) operates this website and produces the framed art and frames offered on it. Correspondence address is available on our contact page.

2. Account

You can browse without an account. To place an order or track one under your name, you'll need to create one. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Orders & pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable GST.
• An order is a request to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may decline an order in rare cases — sold-out stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• We take care to describe our frames accurately, but photography, monitor calibration, and hand-finishing mean minor visual variations are normal and not a defect.
• Custom-built frames are made to your specifications and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay and other payment gateways we integrate. We do not store your card details. By placing an order, you authorise the chosen gateway to charge you the total shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

We ship pan-India through partner logistics providers. Estimated dispatch windows are shown on the site. Transit times vary by destination. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery; please inspect packaging on receipt and report damage within 48 hours.

6. Returns, refunds & replacements

• Ready-made frames: you may request a return within seven days of delivery if the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description. The product must be unused and in original packaging.
• Custom-built frames and canvas prints: these are made to order and are non-returnable except where they arrive damaged or materially defective.
• Refunds: approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven working days of approval.
• Replacements: if we cannot replace with an identical product, we will offer a refund or store credit of equal value.

7. Intellectual property

The site design, our photography, our copy, and the WeFrame brand are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission. Art you commission us to frame remains your property; we claim no rights in your artwork.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to breach security, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service.
• Scrape or systematically download our content.
• Place orders using false information, stolen cards, or for fraudulent resale.
• Upload art that infringes third-party copyrights, is obscene, or is illegal under Indian law. We reserve the right to refuse such orders.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, government actions, pandemics, internet outages, or similar.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the place where our registered office is located.
